It seems like MB is in the process of moving to an agency model from Jan 2023 and the dealerships seem to be in the process of gearing up for the same. Also greater clarity in terms of Electric versus Petrol versus Diesel options, as customers are looking to weigh up options and make a decision. More help and guidance in this regard w.r.t. initial outlay, new versus used & potential re sale values in the future(esp for Diesel vehicles) is critical for customers to feel confident in making a decision sooner.
