My car was in for a recall item. I was told when making the booking that it would take 1 - 1.5hrs, so I waited at the dealership. It actually took 2.5 hrs. If I had known beforehand I would have made other arrangements.

Subi was excellent, he was incredibly informative and assisted promptly with any questions that I had. I initially went in considering an A-Class and brought a CLA instead, which I absolutely adore and would not have even considered without the guidance of Subi, he really had the customers best interest at heart.He is an asset to the company - thank you for all of your hard work! Can't wait to get my next car from him in a few years!
