One comment would be that it would be nice to receive a reminder text to confirm appointment maybe a couple of days before due. Minor point, more of a nice to have.

Jamie is excellent. Went over and above his job title and supported me with my previous vehicle where i had serious issues with Ad-Blue.Provided good advice and hence I am still with Mercedes and bought my new car from them too.

We were impressed with the overall Lookers response to our request for the vehicle and the time and effort our salesperson gave us through delivery and driving the car off the Gatwick premises.We were also impressed at the changes to the process of purchase where most paperwork is now dealt with online leaving us the customer spending less time in the showroom on collection day and the salesperson more time to deal with other matters. good things included:1) salesperson Subi was very patient & polite2) quick response for defects rectified.bad thing was:1) not given us first 7-day free car insurance; it took us 2 hours to obtain insurance so as to be able to drive home
