I was looked after by James Green at Mercedes Gatwick. He went above and beyond for me during every stage of the buying process. Even from the very beginning, he was able to understand exactly what I was looking for and was able to source this for me in a matter of days. He also made sure the car was immaculate the first time I saw it which speaks volumes of his high standards. I have had previous problems with other branded dealerships but felt really looked after by the whole team at Mercedes. I now have a car I really love and I can’t thank the team enough!
