At the end of April 2022, I contacted Jamie Weir in the Service Dept who I had met on a number of occasions when my current vehicle had come in for a service as he had always been very helpful. I was looking for a nearly new car so he put me in touch with someone called Scott Chappell in the Sales Group. Unfortunately Scott never contacted me but just put me on a mailing list. I therefore spent over £3k fixing my current car and have deferred getting another until the New Year. The gentleman I saw was very helpful and understanding and he is going to contact me then.
