On booking I was told the service & MOT would take up to 2.5 hours when in fact it took 4; a long wait.Snacks could be improved - only one small biscuit on offer.

Salesman was very personable and friendly. He responded well to our prior experiences and ownerships of various Mercedes Benz over many years. We were looking to downgrade by selling two cars in order to upgrade to a single later better model. Mission accomplished!

Car was in for a recall and air conditioning service. This part was very good. Sadly as I drove away the bonnet open light came on, this has happened after servicing here before. The cleaning if the car was dreadful only a half hearted attempt was made. When I returned home I had to wash the wheels again as only half done and the interior where the recall was carried out was very dirty!

Excellent service but expensive

Annual serviced MOT for two cars carried out and cars returned as agreed . Replacement of faulty part to be carried out tomorrow . All undertaken to an appt agreed with dealership

Upon picking my car up I asked if there is any deep scratches or anything I should worry about as this was this was the first time I had seen the car .I was told no.However upon further inspection, when I got the car home, there is a deep curb scratching on the lower front spoiler and a good scratch on the rear bumper. This is very disappointing from a major premier brand like Mercedes as this should of been taken care of when the wheels were taken off for refurbishment. And should of been made good before release!…..and not left for the customer to see and pay for. Plus the chip in the wind screen! So a it’s put a bit of a damper on the experience of buying the Mercedes from Mercedes as this has never happened at Bmw or Vw…and their customer service would of pointed out these minor issues on the car.

I did ask for a valuation on my car which I haven’t yet received! So if someone could follow this up I would be grateful.
