I took my car to do service in Gatwick MB.Allow me to mention Peter Bexley ( service advisor ) is truly helpful. Not only he has a great communication with clients and he is a very nice person.Seriously not every service advisor will sit next to you and treat you like a friend. And he did that many times.Not to mention he has the emails promptly replied.For the environment, the newly built lounge is excellent. Neat, clean, spacious, stylish and most importantly the seat is comfortable, I’ve been sitting on those buffalo leather seat for more than 4 hours, no back pain no issue with it.The front desk staff also kindly walked me to the coffee area as it is repositioned.Overall, 10/10 🌟

Excellent communication between the salesman Matt and everyone else in company. Extremely friendly and helpful service. I had been looking for a car for around 5 months enquiry at different Mercedes branches and Matt was by far the most helpful, efficient and friendly person.
