I have given an excellent score because the overall service I recieved was very good. Just a couple of minor points, on the video of the visual health check, the sound was a bit muffled and the technician spoke very fast so I couldn’t understand some of what he was saying.Also Christian was going to call me on the Monday following my service to give me a price and book me in to get the engine cover replaced that had fallen off of the underneath. I haven’t heard from him yet.Thanks

Was the service supposed to come with an interior clean? As I had cobwebs and crumbs on the inside. I thought you received both inside and out clean when having a service. Everything else was fine and though.

I’m told that you are currently fighting with Mercedes HQ to honour my extended warranty on my faulty Cat Converter. I’ve been driving over a month now with illegal emissions. Just unbelievable
