Felt very welcomed being a new customer and my car not being brand new the experience was great from start to finish everything was explained in detail car was well looked after and any questions i had everyone from lauren to one of the workshops guys (honestly cant remember his name sorry) were more then happy to answer my long list of questionsas i have had really really bad experiences with other german car brands Mercedes of gatwick have really restored my faith in going to main dealers to look after my car if i could give 10 stars for the service i would
