Main show room was being revamped.I queued behind the cars for servicing not realising they were empty! No one bothered to tell me - I wasted precious time. 2 reception girls were however working very hard Do not blame them but lack of organisation

I know Gatwick branch is having a makeover but it was very hard to get hold of people on the phone..I did ask for my rear tyres to be replaced but when I went to pick my car up the message was not passed on….
