Following on from my recent service ( 03/02/2026) I note that you have not sent a video of the service with pertinent comments, as was the case in the past. I think that is a retrograde step and would welcome a proper feedback as in the past. Any comments as to why this video has been discontinued?Mrs R Khambatta

Hi - I rang your centre in Jan to ask that all marketing be removed from your system - and anything to do with my car (MOT/Service etc) as I had recently sold my Mercedes and was not anticipating needing your service in the future. However I got a call yesterday where I explained again that I had asked for my details to be removed. Only to then get a third call today wanting to invite me to the new event. I have said you politely many times now and I understand that you are just trying to sell cars and for the colleagues to do their job but this is a bit much now and I am contemplating not buying a Mercedes in the future based on this style of communication and reporting you to the ICO if you do not respect my wishes. Please contact me ASAP to confirm that my details have been removed.

Vehicle wasn't in a condition ready for viewing upon arrival, as sales manager thought I wouldn't show.Pushy sales tactics used, I was told that a customer was coming to test drive an hour before I arrived, as a way to try to secure a deposit on the vehicle. I was also told another branch was interested and that it was going to sell - conflicting reasons given,n geared at trying to force a deposit and quick sale.

I sent an email for more information no reply was given. I was booked in for test drive and further discussion about a car when I arrived I was told person will be with me I waited over 35 minutes but no one came to tell me I wouldn’t be seen and no one was at reception. In the end I left. I have never seen such poor customer services at a dealership and I am coming over from a dealership I’ve been with over 15 years to Mercedes. I won’t be coming back as this has happened twice where no one responded.

My request has simply been ignored

Dear SirsI'm very pleased with the service.Only thing is not enough adblue in the tank.When I brought the car in the morning it had 1000 miles worth of ad blue in the car but after the service you have only filled her with 3100 miles worth of adblue.So I want to know how many litres of adblue you're supposed to top it up ?That will last only for 3 months.If you rectify this shortfall, I'll be grateful.Kind regardsV.
