I spoke to Steve on the forecourt (I think Steve Forsyth), he came straight up to me even though they weren't officially open yet and helped me, showed me the eqb I was interested in and answered my questions about it. He also arranged a test drive for me and of all the different manufacturers I looked at cars through in Crawley he was by far the best and most helpful, thank you Steve 👍
