My car went in for a computer software update. I didn’t like the fact that we lost the car for a day, I felt very vulnerable not having it. It’s a shame that Motability customers cannot be given a date and a time, when they have something done to their car.

No problem with the people who did their jobs . It’s not 5 star because it’s the 4th time I’ve had to take the car back since I bought it last December and the main cause is Mercedes sent it out with faults . They have made the new model too dependant on technology which is not yet reliable
