Only comment is about reception - on both drop off and collection, despite the time being agreed, we had to wait for someone to come to greet us and talk to us. Appreciate that it is not always possible to meet everyone but some acknowledgment and prioritisation would be good.

I will never buy another car from MercedesAfter this one KM16LLU. I owned in my lifetime about 10 of them, but after my disappointment with Mercedes, I will never buy one again. I was treated well from the garage in Gatwick. But as I said, very disappointed with Mercedes.

We were not advised of the renovations to the main building. Hence a very cramped Porto cabin to sit and wait for the car. Toilet facilities were not very good and needed cleaning.
