Overall very good. The Gatwick site was undertaking a refurb so nowhere to sit while waiting but this is only temporary so would not put me off.

Buying the car was fine. I’m pleased with the car. I think the paperwork is overly complicated and you could help customers by sending an initial email detailing which documents will need to be signed.

never cease to amaze me! i had a gentleman by the name of Peter who best customer care skills! Although building work was happening, there was a waiting area away from work taking place. Coffee and water were available. As usual the service and other problems with the car were dealt with and I was kept informed.

I had to wait quite a while to pick my car up when I'd already given my arrival time. However, I understand there were some IT issues on the day and also the showroom is being renovated.

Thanks to Ben. Driving the new Mercedes needs a learning curve in computers. (Oldie here). So thanks to Bens patience and friendly attitude, we were able to be on our way and currently enjoying the new car. Cheers
