I was expecting to have a hard time getting my rusting subframe sorted out. Stories on the internet suggested I’d be charged for the swap over so I was anxious to start the ball rolling. From the first contact with MB Gatwick I was assured that they would do everything they could to make the inspection and subframe swap a goodwill warranty claim. The job was completed in an astonishing 3 days - thank you Nathan and the other staff in the service department of MB Gatwick. We have another MB purchased from Gatwick which has served us without any problems since we bought it in 2020.

I had motorbility enquiry. But Mercedes not currently in the scheme sadly. Plus showrooms closed.

The attention I received was 1st class- friendly, yet professional and efficient.

They took my car in at short notice to fix a brake problem but did not seem to be many staff about when I arrived to collect it and had to wait for 30mins to be seen. The chap was very apologetic however.

The assistant was really professional and helpful, kept me informed of the progress. The car was clean and washed on return.
