I was greeted by the advisor on the desk and within a few minutes a salesperson came over and introduced himself (James Green) and we walked over to his desk. Really relaxed and made such a difference as James answered my numerous questions and made the whole process of buying a car pleasant. A deal was done and I’m pleased I went to Gatwick Mercedes.

sales man Scott was very good through the whole process,But the paper work was a right pain .We have bmw,s ford vans and there paper work is very easy.This has put me off buying another merc.in the future.Top marks to Scott, Mercedes Benz factory for a quality car..Hope the paper work gets better soon
