First class in all aspects

Dear Sir / MadameMy car KT67HFM was taken to Mercedes Benz of Gatwick on the 19th December for usual servicing.The next morning whilst sitting in the car waiting for the tyres to be replaced the rear view mirror dislodged and fell out.This was very strange and I tried to put it back in but it could not go back in .In fact it was broken and glued back as there was fresh glue.I went to three different Garages on the 19th to have this fixed however the first Garage the boss was not in so they could not do anything about it.At the second garage it was closed.The third one they looked at it and stated that they could not do anything as its not there speciality.I called MB of Gatwick to report this.As of now no one has gotten back to me to repair the damage.I had to take the mirror out as it was hanging on a piece of wire and making driving unsafe.This has cost me time and money.As I had to work but spent a portion of my time driving around looking to get this fixed ,when I work I get paid if I dont work I do not get paid.I need the mirror fixed and financial reimbursement of my time please.Many thanksArlena Ruben

I was told the car came with a Mercedes main dealer history and will come with approved used 1 year Mercedes Warranty on that basis I made an appointment and drove long way to see car upon arrival the service history was confirmed. When I return from test drive and wanting to buy I was told it did not have a main dealer history and warranty was 3 months ?..Perjury is not the way to sell cars . Also sales manger would not stand by 1 year warranty. Having being offered ?.

Very helpful advice from the sales rep and information on the EQB and future card coming from Mercedes

To whom it may concern,My name is Mr Chiemeka Ibe. I bought an A Class A35 with registration M888TBE from your company on the 3/12/2025 and collected it on the 5/12/2025. Upon collection, I noticed a few issues like car dashboard going blank during driving, excess scratches on the bodywork and condensation inside the headlamps. Even though these issues are enough for car refusal, and refund of my deposit, I liased with mercedes lookers gatwick to get them fixed. They fixed the dashboard, corrected most of the car bodywork paint, and explained to me that the condensation in the headlamp takes longer to clear due to the nature of the headlamp, hence why they won't be replacing it. I also asked for a tyre repair kit which was not in the car when I bought it. Mercedes lookers provided me with an after market kit ( not mercedes kit because it would not fit the space underneath the boot made for it's storage). This I accepted because I did not want to be that customer that is too hard to please. The holding refundable deposit which I paid soo I can come and view the car before purchase took soo long to be refunded to me due to the incompetence of your sales team. I asked for this refund on the 3/12/2025 when I signed the papers and got it on the 18/12/2025 (16days). This was supposed to take 3 to 5 working days. I bought an extra warranty on the car which frankly I did not need but was pushed to get, so I asked for the cancellation of the warranty and my money back. One of the member of your team processed this and said it should be in my account lastest yesterday. He even told me that it has all been signed off, He will find out what's going on from the accounts team and get back to me. I have not heard any feedback from him till now. As I am writing to you, I have not received that refund yet. Well, today being the 23/12/2025 as I was driving back home around 1am from work, a tyre pressure warning light emerged saying I have a missing sensor on the front passenger side tyre. After inspection and even putting more air in the tyre to see whether the sensor will pick up any pressure, it still did not come on. This is another issue that warrants refusal of the vehicle. Unfortunately this vehicle has not met the standard to which I can safely operate it without worry, secondly, the service at lookers gatwick has been nothing short of terrible. I'm hereby acting on the Consumer rights act of 2015 by which I will be returning this vehicle within 30 days of purchase and getting a full refund. The vehicle isn't fit for purpose and your teams service has been insufficient. Looking forward to your reply on how best to proceed with the return process. Picture of the warning light is attached

Scott was excellent and very patient whilst we discussed options. We were early on in our enquiry process as I’m awaiting a vehicle rejection request on our current non-Mercedes. We’re still waiting a decision which is why we’ve hauled enquiries at this stage
