The video health check audio was not very good. I was expecting a phone call re collection as my drive is located at the back of the property.The service B in 2022 showed that the key fob battery was replaced. The paperwork does not indicate that ie was done this time. This feedback form does not give an option for n/a on waiting area and work carried out. Only the service was completed and the car was collected and delivered. So the waiting area was not used.

Sorry to say that my engine management light came back on the day after it was returned frm a service, which l did ask for it to be looked at as it comes on and off when it feels like it for no reason. Happy with the service you provided.
