Arranged for a drop off service. I was kept waiting at the service desk for 15 minutes having pressed the bell twice. Other mercades employees just walking past and ignoring me. In the end I had look for someone. When complete I was given 30 minutes notice to collect my car and I live 30 minutes away. I was informed the garage closed at 2 the website state 5pm. Service was good but the customer engagement could be better given I pay a lot for my service plan and extended warrenty it's the small details that impress a customer.

Excellent service

It was so quick and seamless. With our last Mercedes purchase, it took us ages to do the handover, but it was so much quicker this time round which made everything so much easier. Ben was incredible throughout the whole purchase process and this continued at the handover, he made the whole experience feel so special and walked us through key features of the MBUX system, which was so helpful as it differed from our previous Mercedes.

Well dealt with from the start. Polite and helpful reception support, booked in a timely manner, good courtesy car and car came back clean.

Open and honest advice from knowledgable sales staff , and the ability to have a flexible test drive offer, which included an overnight test period- which we didn’t actually take up.

i thought there may be a problem with the ad blue sensor.Lookers thoroughly checked everything, and found no problems at all.no charge was made, and i am delighted with the treatment an courtesy shown.

The work was done as expected. However the video which was sent for the safety check was difficult to hear. Also, the technician who carried out the work changed the settings on the aircon and the position of the drivers' seat and didn't return them to their previous setting. It's not a problem to change them, but they should put them back how they were as part of customer service.
