We like collection of our cars for service. It was a positive reason for purchase. All went well. Your collection and redelivery drivers were professional. You have a new method for payment. We elected for the delivery driver to have a hand held card reader. As customers of 81 and 84 age, we liked feeling we had control and a method of payment we understood. We are scam aware, and suspicious of new procedures. With regard service, the inspection and report by engineer with camera is brilliant. Documentation is clear and we have renewed service agreement.

A bit of a wait when I got there for the paperwork to be done also when I collected the vehicle thought that would have been ready when I got there also would have liked to know the cost previously to arriving to collect .
