Gatwick responded well to my demand.Ulsewater in the Lake District did not. I lost my number plate in a flood in the Lake District and needed help. After my initial conversation with them and an assurance that they would get back to me. Do phoned them again and another assurance the would get back to me.They never did. I told them I was a full time carer for my wife with Alzheimer’s and driving around illegally with no number plate . I have found this a few times with Mercedes. Regards Robert.

There was some marks on the body work that have now been polished out. There is an issue with tow bar that was fitted that is currently being sorted out.

Great customer service, I was kept aware of the progress of the repair, all the points mentioned for the repair were solved, and my car was cleaned before handing it back to me. Also appreciated the standard of the loan car provided.
