The issue I have is when I book a service there is NO confirmation of the date by email or text. especially as the bookings are usually done a month in advance.Then there is no call/text a day before just to re-confirm that the booking is tomorrow.On this occasion there was a call a day before ..but I missed the call.. I called back but despite you calling me none in the service dept knew anything about who or why I was called...waste of my time calling you back..
