I have a cynical view of Dealerships, in particular MB Dealers. But believe Lookers at Gatwick are genuinely trying to deliver a good service. My decision to buy a new vehicle will not necessarily be the manufacturers product but the service I receive!

Very professional & welcoming. We dealt with Ben and he was very helpful, informative and listened to our needs. While he wasnt able to locate our specific vehicle as it was a special, he was more than helpful with us asking further information whilst we still were looking.All in all it was a great expereience and we will continue to deal with Mercedes Gatwick in the future.

Ben was exceptional. Even when we couldn’t set up Mercedes Me on the day - he FaceTimed on the Monday to ensure I had it up and running. Jo on reception was fab too and kept the coffee coming while we were waiting!
