Pick up and drop off service worked prefect this time.If it was like that every time, after a life time of Audi's; after now realising the tech that always annoyed me so much; was always way behind where i thought it should be as in comparison you had it; i don't think i will never stop being your customer. if you could match my old TT 3.2 Quatro with Bose and all upgraded + all your tech inside... as your's never matched the 'look' or 'feel' in comparison. I think you'd end the competition
