I got some very good analysis from service advisor Stephen Lopes about preventive work that needed to be done. Flagship was able to arrange a loaner vehicle while my s550 coupe was being worked on. Also, check-in advisor Guy let me know about an unknown-to-me crack in my rear windshield which was replaced while my car was at Flagship. All in all this was a very satisfactory experience which I have come to expect from Flagship.

Chea was also a pleasure to work with and kindly helped me program my car with one of the settings when I came home.
