I recently had my car serviced and had a great experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The service was completed on time, and my car is running much smoother now.

Got a flat while in the area . I called and they had a tire in stock. They were able to replace it for me within in an hour. My first time there and the staff was so nice. I was impressed with the service I received.

I have to say this has been the most awful new car purchases I’ve ever experienced in my life. And I’m still having issues! When I went to do the paperwork and purchase the vehicle, I was told that the computers were down after three plus hours of sitting at the dealer and that some of the paperwork wouldn’t go through until Monday, which was the day I was supposed to pick up the van on my day off. The salesman Adriano told me not a problem, he would deliver the van to me personally on Tuesday. I also noticed when I was test driving the vehicle that the sliding door on the side was rattling, he said not a problem, It just needs an adjustment. He would take care of that get it registered, detailed and get a sticker on it for me before bringing it on Tuesday. That Tuesday morning, I heard from him in the morning by text. He wanted to know the insurance policy number to get the vehicle registered, after that I did not hear from him for the rest of the day. I was in a time pinch because I had to unload everything out of my old van and put it in the new van to go to a show that coming weekend, so I started calling at around 4 o’clock was not able to get a hold of him tried texting and got no response was sent to other people‘s voicemails repeatedly and finally got through to the sales manager there who said Adriano had left early to go home and that he would try to get in touch with him.Adriana called me from home that night to apologize and said he would deliver the car the next day. He also said that the van needed a part for the door that they were waiting on.The next day he did not deliver the van as he said he did not have a chaser and he would do it the next day that he should have a chaser after 2 o’clock, but also that the part for the van had still not come in.When I contacted him the next day, I was told he still did not have a chaser, but that the part had come in. At that point, my show had been canceled because of the upcoming snowstorm so I just told him to keep the van, fix the door and I would pick it up when it was ready. When he contacted me the next week, he told me that they needed adhesive to fix the door and that it had been ordered, but they had no idea when it would come in so I could pick up the van anytime and we would book an appointment to do the final fix on the door. I at that point asked if it could be delivered to me since that was promised to me originally when I did the paperwork and with some reluctance he did. When he brought it to me, I could not believe that you guys had had the van for almost 2 weeks after I had done the paperwork and no one had put a sticker on it as a courtesy, every new or used car I’ve ever purchased has come with a sticker from the dealer so I have to say I was very upset about that. The van then got brought home and stayed in the driveway for a couple of weeks as we had more snow so I couldn’t get it out and I also had no shows at the time and didn’t need to use itFast forward two weeks and Adriano contacted me to let me know that the glue had come in and that we could schedule an appointment to bring the van up to have the door fixed, I asked if he could put a sticker on the van while it is up there since I had not had a chance or been able to get it out of the driveway because of the weather. I asked if I could do that Thursday or Friday since I had them off but he informed me they didn’t have anything until Monday so I said OK to that. But then we had the northeaster coming in so I called on Thursday and asked if there was anyway we could move up the service or postpone it because of the storm. Jake in service was very nice, hold me to bring it in that day and he would get to it and that the adhesive needed two days to dry and it would be ready to be picked up on Monday. I said perfect, I will run it up and did that Thursday night. When I pulled the van out of my driveway after it had been running to warm up for over 15 minutes it stalled out on me driving down my road, I pulled over to the side of the road started it up again and it stalled out a second time I started it a third time and it stalled right out immediately. I called up to Mercedes to see if I was doing something wrong as I have never had a diesel before and at that point tried starting it a fourth time and it did run. I gave it a few minutes and was able to drive it to the dealer, but asked if they could check it out and see what was going on with that. It is brand new. I don’t think anyone ever found any issues so I’m not sure what that was all about. wondering if this is gonna be a problem going forward as well as the door. I asked again to drop off if they could put a sticker on it for me they said no problem and I told Adriano where the registration was.Obviously, I was not able to pick it up Monday because of the storm but they called me early afternoon Tuesday to let me know it is ready, I double checked and asked if they had gotten the sticker and they said no but they would send it out right then to have it done. I said awesome great!Adriano then contacted me around 4 o’clock to let me know the van is ready. I asked if he had put the sticker on it. He said no by the time he got it to the shop it was closed. I cannot even tell you how frustrating this has been and why it wasn’t done before the adhesive had to be put on and sit for two days if this was the case rather than waiting until the last possible minute when I was gonna pick it up. so at that point I called Jake in service asked if I could leave it another day if they could put the sticker on it and I would pick it up the next day he said he would make sure it was done for me and they did and I picked it up the next dayWhen I got it back here to the house and started loading it up for the weekend, I noticed the automatic sliding door is now not shutting all the way it stays about an inch a jar on the backside and I have to physically shove it shut. So now it will have to go back again. I am so frustrated, I cannot even tell you at this point, I just want to give the van back and forget it. This is a brand new vehicle. I should not be having all these problems. So now I will have to schedule another appointment to bring it back next week. I guess I really expected better from a Mercedes dealer. I spent a fortune on this van more than I have ever spent on a vehicle in my life ….. I am so disappointed and just want my old van back right now……
