I recently brought my vehicle to your dealership for service and also scheduled an appointment to test drive a G-Wagon, as I am considering a future purchase. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.After we went through lengthy questions and paperwork, we were taken outside to view the G-Wagon. However, I was not informed that I would not be permitted to test drive the vehicle until we were already seated inside and about to close the door. At that point, the representative told my husband and me that test drives are reserved for “serious buyers.” This should have been communicated respectfully and transparently much earlier.When we returned inside, we were asked to sit down. The representative then left for some time and eventually returned only to dismiss us, without any further explanation or assistance.The entire interaction felt discourteous and left us feeling degraded and devalued as potential customers. As you know, purchasing a vehicle is an emotional decision, and this experience cost you a "serious customer". Not only will I not be purchasing a G-Wagon from your dealership, but I will also no longer be returning for service. I will be sharing this experience with others.I also suggest reviewing how Ira Lexus of Danvers and other dealerships treat their customers, as there is a clear difference in professionalism and respect.I hope you will review this matter and ensure that prospective customers are treated with courtesy and transparency.
