Overall a solid experience and I do plan to return. The facility is clean, professional, and the lobby amenities were appreciated. My only feedback is around communication. I mentioned multiple times at drop-off that I have a valid RMV tint waiver and where it was located, but this wasn’t relayed during the inspection, which caused delays and confusion. A bit more internal communication and proactive updates would have made the visit smoother. Sharing this only to help improve an otherwise good operation.
