My car was booked in for earlier in December but you had to cancel due to not having the part in. You offered to do a pick up/drop off instead on another date, but none of your dates were convenient with mine. So I had to use another day of leave from work to facilitate bringing my car in.When I last bought the car in, I told you that one of the brackets on the parcel shelf had broken, I asked you to fix it. You didn’t. Now both sides are broken and I’m being told it’s £379 to replace it. This is absurd. There is nothing wrong with the shelf apart from the fixings which I can clearly see are glued on in the first place!My car was washed during this visit. It has never been washed in any previous visit. Whilst I’m grateful it was washed, it was still a very poor quality wash. Not what I expect from Mercedes.

Danielle was very friendly and helpful, and gave us the choice of a couple of cars to suits our needs. we chose one and she had it brought to the dealership in a couple of days. being a second hand car it had a couple of small things needing sorting, this was sorted quickly, and from the time of first viewing till we drove it away was five days. This is the level of service you would expect from a Mercedes main dealer, and we weren't disappointed. If Danielle is still working at this dealership when we come to change this car, we will definitely be looking to deal with her.

We are living in Spain but had a hitch with purchasing a vehicle and import duty bringing it into the country as we prefer a right hand drive. We have now sorted this out and will be in a position to purchase early next year when we will be back in the UK at which time we will definitely come back to see the salesman Ashley he’s an asset to your team

No email or call or sms to confirm service date and time or pick up time for car . It was lucky I was at home to hand over keys . Other than that all was spot on 👍

My car is 10 months old and I was unable to open the bonnet as the lever was already in the 'open' position. I rang my dealer direct, spoke to 'Service' and asked to speak directly with a technician to ask if there was anything I could do myself, as I needed to replenish the washer bottle; it was snow and ice and gritted roads. She said, "No, they're all busy working on customers' cars". I don't regard this as good customer service. My dealership is now part of a large company and on occasions like mine I look for the personal touch when I spend £42k on a car. The work done was actually first class. M. Abbott
