I've had amazing service from Danielle and Taranjit with waiting for me and being available and I really appreciate everything that they both did for me. But I am a little sad and disappointed with my experience after collecting my car. I had the car less than 24 hours before having to hand it back for 4 days. I also received a phone call on the 2nd day of it being with you asking how I was getting on with my car when it was back with you, and then today when going to collect my car, I met with a colleague and he introduced himself to my dad first and only spoke to my dad rather than myself, knowing I was the owner of the car. He also said my car would be cleaned for my collection and when I said it hadn't been, he directed his apology to my dad.

I had asked the dealership to check the condition of the cars battery, assuming that this would be done by connecting a meter to the positive terminal underneath the bonnet. I was told this was not possible and that it would be necessary to remove the rear seat and upholstery in order to check the status of the battery, which would be labour intensive. I question whether this is correct .I was also told that I would be charged £25 per wheel to change my summer rims and tyres for my winter rims and tyres. Although I agreed to this, it did seem expensive given that all that was involved was changing one wheel for another. In the end I was charged £58 which was acceptable.
