Whenever I have my vehicle services at Lookers, I use the lounge area as this enables me to do some work whilst waiting for the car. I would like to say that on this last visit, I have noticed that the quality of the coffee from the machine has reduced massively and I was not able to drink it. From our first visit, the whole experience of owning a Mercedes Benz vehicle has been about going that little bit extra and I distinctly remember the latte coffee being akin to one of the barista service stores. However on this last visit, it was more like an instant coffee that you would get from a dilapidated VW camper van outside a non-league football ground.Apologies for the gripe but this spoiled what I would consider a perfect track record of excellence from Lookers in the 10 years that I have been using them.

I always appreciate the customer service hence why I'll rather drive about 40 mils to maidstone than the ones closer to me for just about 10mils.Having said that, I had to come back second time round, as the customer agent reserved a wrong part of my break-pad. This meant I had to spend 2ce as much in fuel and time to travel down. I would have loved it if I was compensated accordingly.
