My Sales Executive was Danielle Thomlinson at Mercedes Maidstone. Danielle was very patient and knowledgeable to assist in finding me the right car for my requirements, as I was unsure myself what car I required in the first instance.She was very helpful, had regular contact and gave me plenty of options to ensure my new car was within required budget.From start to vehicle handover, her overall service was excellent, thank you!

When we dropped the car off a young man took the key etc. I noted there was no greeting, no smile. As we came out my husband also commented that there were no niceties.I received a call to say the car was ready. I said I would be there in half an hour which I was. When I arrived the car still needed to be washed. That is not my idea of ready. I was invited to take a seat which I did and waited 15 mins. In future I will check that the car is actually ready before I attend to collect it. Otherwise all ok. Just little things but they were annoying and make quite a difference to my feelings about the dealership.

Only reason for 3 stars on booking experience was that I was given a date online, but then called to be told that date was not available and was offered a date weeks later.

I have always found the service staff very helpful and professional. The reason I only gave the booking question 3 stars is that it can be as long as 10 days before they can have the car in to repair a fault and that is on the basis that you can leave it for 2 days. Although I will say it was still safe to use, but on limited mileage I was told.
