The dealership opted out of any further involvement in helping me renewing the service plan which I have always taken out and renewed with them in my very many years of direct involvement with then (and their preseasons) since my first Mercedes purchase in 1993!!

I was originally told it was 1hour 30 minutes for an express service , I was there 3 hours , I was told I would have a wash and vacuum this service did not happen although I was offered to return for a free Valet but the 20 mile journey is not fees-able

Taranjit bains (sorry if I miss spelt it) was my point of contact during the transaction, I have to say he was absolutely great, I didn’t know what I really wanted but Taranjit definitely helped me throughout the process, an absolute credit to Mercedes and really gave me hope that british customer service is still out there! Most definitely because of him Mercedes made that sale! Hopefully he is rewarded appropriately! Thank you Taranjit

Rachel Allum was very helpful, and done everything I needed and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs.

All in all my dealings with Ashley were excellent, right from the video he sent over to the car collection, there were a couple of issues but these were sorted out quickly and efficiently so very happy with the service he gave.

As always Rummy was excellent; be back again in 2 years

My vehicle purchase was probably a little more complex than usual, but Ray made sure that it was a straightforward process and made sure that both he and the staff worked around my availability. Couldn't have been easier.
