I have been complaining about my car battery for over 1 year and it shows critical sometimes and I receive a email stating this. Mercedes have said it’s seem ok when it’s been tested on all my visits and it’s fine to drive. On my last visit now it’s out of warranty I’m been told the battery needs replacing which is very frustrating and disappointing. Can you please advice on this matter. Thank you

HAVING BOOKED A 1 HOUR SERVICE SLOT I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR JUST OVER 3 HOURS. THE LADY WHO SERVED ME IN THE DEALERSHIP WAS EXCELLENT AND I CANNOT FAULT HER IN ANY WAY. IN FUTURE I WILL PROBABLY BOOK EITHER A COLLECTION AND RETURN OR A COURTESY CAR.
