When my original representative was on leave my case was left for other sales reps. Their interest was clearly less significant in my purchase. I had to keep chasing my documents to keep the ball rolling.

I would like to add further, Jason Golding was the sales executive with whom I made initial contact, and throughout the entire process. More importantly what is key to me when I deal with anyone is the person who I am talking to has to be a good listener, after all of your not listening to the customer you have a communication breakdown. It’s not about selling a product or a service its to do with professionalism. During the time at the branch and over the telephone the communication was excellent, discussions and working towards a plan that suited my requirements was to a high standard. It’s not all about putting money in the tills, its about customer retention after all without them you don’t have a business. On that note all I can say is well done to Jason and keep up the great work.
