We were really impressed with the Mercedes Maidstone, it was a much better experience that we had at Mercedes Guilford last year. We were looked after by a guy called Tom Bassett who was really professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the various cars and models we where looking at. He made us feel comfortable to ask any questions that we had. This has given us a really great impression about the sales department at Maidstone Mercedes and we would therefore highly recommend it to anyone wanting to buy a car used or new. We are now hoping that the service department are as good as the sales when we come to use it!

When the car was delivered it’s come with fault which is handbrake and I called on same day they told me the car just pass MOT and they don’t know about the problem.handbrake won’t release keeps stuck
