Overall everything went well staff were all very good and happy to help.

Excellent above and beyond service from Mark who delivered my car home after hours.

Tom Bassett was the dealer I dealt with throughout the process and he was very helpful and always kept me updated as to what was going on. The vehicle was also dropped off to me at my home address by Tom which was really helpful with it being half term and just getting a new puppy.

Jason Golding was very helpful and knowledgeable on vehicles available

As recommended on the 18th January I brought my car with responding to the air bag problem and also to have my hand brake repaired during the health check an oil leak was found so an appointment was made for the 8th February and to leave the car for a few days and a curtesy car would be arranged but on arrival on the 8th my car had not been booked in I had the choice of coming back the following week which was not convenient so decided to leave it there and then found out there was no curtesy car available so they had to arrange for a taxi to take me home.I have been very disappointed with the service on this visit as I have been dealing with Mercedes for many years.
