Initially, the car I was interested in was shown at Tonbridge. After travelling there, we were told that it had never been at this branch and the listing was incorrect. We were then told it was at Maidstone branch which involved another 40 mins travelling. Not a brilliant start.

Very pleased with the customer service we received from Rummy Singh at Lookers - Parkwood in Maidstone. This is the third Mercedes our family have bought with Rummy's assistance and expertise. I dealt with Sam Wilson as my sales executive and couldn't fault the service I received from Sam. Excellent communication throughout and Sam went so far as to help get the vehicle secured for me on his day off. Everyone I met at the dealership was courteous and friendly and cannot fault the service received from the Maidstone dealership as a whole so far.
