The Sales Executive Tom Bassett was very helpful and I could not fault him. He picked me up from Maidstone when I collected the car which made my life easier. Explained all the functions in the car. Explained all the various options prior to purchase and is a big asset to the company in my opinion. I must say I was very pleased I chose your company to buy a car from.

My car was covered in bird pop after it had been cleaned. The car was hoovered but not cleaned to a great standard considering I spent over £1700 on repairs and a service I would of thought more care would of been taken to clean the car properly.

When my original representative was on leave my case was left for other sales reps. Their interest was clearly less significant in my purchase. I had to keep chasing my documents to keep the ball rolling.

I want a C class Coupe with a cream interior but Mercedes isn’t producing any other than black upholstery at the moment and for this year I understand. The salesman will keep an eye and let me know if Mercedes start to offer this.
