I am not totally happy with the way in which The minor damage protection and Gard x treatments were sold to me. I feel I have been charged for the Gard X which I was led to believe was offered F O C if I paid for the minor damage protection in full. As both items appear as charges on the invoice then that is not what happened.

Great service from Jason. He was very helpful and informative. He kept us up to date with when the car was arriving and gave us a good handover of the vehicle

We dealt with Sam Wilson. Unfortunately, Sam had an accident during the processing of our order and was unavailable for a while. During the time when he was off, when making enquiries we didn't get the level of assistance from other staff as the exceptional level of support we experienced with Sam.The reason we bought the car was because of Sam and how helpful he was to us. He wasn't pushy, he had knowledge about the car and was able to answer our questions. On occasion, he would double check and let us know. Whilst at work he was in regular contact and, although there was a delay to the expected date of delivery, he kept us updated.We would like to pass on our sincere thanks to Sam for everything he did, even making a courtesy call a couple of days later to see how we were getting on.Should Mercedes go to online buying in the future, we doubt we would ever get the personal service we enjoyed with Sam. It was all down to him that we bought the car.We have had previous poor experiences with Mercedes, Maidstone and he has renewed our faith in the branch and Mercedes as a whole.Please can you share this feedback with Sam Wilson and thank him for all of his support to us.

We were really impressed with the Mercedes Maidstone, it was a much better experience that we had at Mercedes Guilford last year.We were looked after by a guy called Tom Bassett who was really professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the various cars and models we where looking at. He made us feel comfortable to ask any questions that we had. This has given us a really great impression about the sales department at Maidstone Mercedes and we would therefore highly recommend it to anyone wanting to buy a car used or new.We are now hoping that the service department are as good as the sales when we come to use it!
