Sam Wilson did a fantastic job. He went out of his way to prepare the vehicle purchased (which had just been traded in) for inspection and test drive and this was instrumental in our purchase which was made the following day. He was extremely courteous, friendly and professional throughout. All staff that we came into contact with were friendly and overall the purchase was smooth and seamless. A pleasure.

Unlikely to purchase a Mercedes as options too limited and inflexible, e.g. no light interior colour, no heated steering wheel, quite disappointed as have bought many Mercedes over many years

Ash was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us being very informative and supportive without feeling pressured or rushed into a decision and we would have purchased a vehicle if we could find a car at the right price for us (unfortunately the C Classes that we’re discounted due to new model were sold out, so our fault for being late to the party). We will 100% make sure Ash is our first point of contact should we see a Mercedes we like!

The receptionist was very welcoming on our arrival, the sales executive was very helpful and professional, obtaining answers to all of our questions, and the vehicle we were interested in was very well presented. Full marks all round

Booked my service online, confirmed the time and date only to receive an email the next day changing the date. Tyre pressure warning light came on after the service on my way home, checked this and re set it myself. Will not book online in future.

The car had a service a few months ago but couldn’t be washed due to COVID . The car was seen Friday due to warning message on display . Service team arranged for my car to be washed this time .
