I've had a very pleasant experience with MB of Maidstone. From start to finish, Ashley took great care of the process and provided me with all the necessary information to make a good decision of the options. The booking process was highly disappointing. Having booked online and received a booking ref (1C54F648A) I received an email and text the following day that had a different day, different time and it was not the express service. When I made contact they explained that it was not a live booking system and because the one I booked was not available a similar slot was automatically allocated. It was pure luck I noticed the date and time had been changed and it would have been highly likely I turned up on the wrong day. It should make it clear that the online booking is not live and you may not get the day you booked. In the event that your day booked online isn’t available you should call the customer to arrange another day, not just send out a different day via text. Sending out a random date and time defeats the whole point of booking in the first place. Otherwise, everything was great

Great service from Richard Rapley. Incredibly helpful and had excellent knowledge of the car we were looking for. A shame that the car couldn’t be sourced as it’s the outgoing C class, but will certainly have a chat with Richard in 3 - 4 years time when looking again.
