We booked an appointment with Paul Williams but on arrival at the appointment time we asked at reception and was told that he was not there and that it was on his day off. After talking to him on the phone on Friday prior and agreeing a date and time also booking a test drive with him. We spoke to Ravinder Singh and the Sales Manager from Ashford and if it hadn't been for them we would have walked out. We never received a phone from anyone to say that Paul Williams was not going to be there. I think as a company you really need to make sure your sales team are aware that customers are important and that they need to communicate more being that my wife and I took that day off from work and as I'm self employed I don't get paid for this day.
