I think it would be helpful to provide buyers with a checklist of paperwork required for trade in vehicles for example. It gets confusing in an era where most documentation has become electronic.

We were very much looked after by Rummy, his customer service was fantastic. He went the extra mile at every step of the process and explained everything with great detail. He always made time for us and answered all the questions we had, even after the car had been ordered and the finance was set up.
