There was no communication from anyone at the garage from 8.00 when the car was dropped off for the fault to be diagnosed and fixed until 5.15 when I was advised the original fault had ‘hopefully’ been fixed but an unexpected engine management system warning light had now been triggered and the car could not be released. The dealership had no loan cars available and so made arrangements to send me home in a taxi, leaving the car over the weekend for it to be looked at again and fixed on the Monday was the only option.. the car was fixed on the Monday and the dealership did deliver it back home by Monday lunchtime with no further problems for which I am grateful. Presumably my car was not looked at until late in the day on Friday and I appreciate that the new fault perhaps reared it’s head at the last moment but it’s still disappointing that apart from an email at 16.11 advising that the health check was completed I didn’t get any further update until I was told the car could not be released and the only option available was to send me home in a taxi and leave the car at the dealership over the weekend. When the car is due for its next service I will be wary of booking a Friday drop and collect appointment again.

Rummy dealt with my enquiry and even though I was hard work with what I wanted and kept going back and forth with options he was very professional and was very good at communicating with me from start to finish. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a MB to speak to Rummy.

Ravinder Singh was excellent and I had made several phone calls and visits making enquiries and Ravinder was very helpful and all smiling answering my queries. Mercedes have stopped giving compliments and that was little disappointing to know because my friend who purchased a GLC was given plenty of compliments as a thank you from Eastbourne dealers.

We took our car in at the designated time but work didn't start on our car for an hour. There for 2pm but didn't leave until 4.45pm. That wasn't good customer service.

Very happy overall. I had to accept an older vehicle due to stock limitations which was the only thing that i was disappointed in but Simon Lewis was fantastic overall.

Simon was really friendly and helpful when choosing my car and was always available to answer any questions or issues I had.
