If I recall correctly, Louise looked after me as the person I arranged to meet was unavailable. Louise was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my off the wall requirements and questions. she even persuaded me to take a test drive which I wasn't aiming to do as I began my search, but I was very please I did as it gave me a much better feel and perspective of the vehicle.
