The car salesman had excellent knowledge of the Mercedes range of cars. I came in to buy a used Mercedes but I was also interested in some of the deals on brand new cars. The salesman showed us some new cars that we may be interested in, but the particular model I was interested in was not available and was also a bit more expensive than I wanted to pay. I had a certain budget that I wanted to stick to and therefore I chose to test drive a used car that I had seen on the website. I bought this car and the salesman gave me an excellent demonstration of all of the features on the car. I am very pleased with the car and the salesman was very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

Fairly good service, but missed the finesse or attention to detail that I would normally expect and have previously experience with my six other Mercedes purchases.

We had a good experience at Maidstone Mercedes garage. The new car was ready for us to drive away. The paper work was ready for a final signature. There was no problem with the payment process. Ed Ruston showed us how the car worked and he was very knowledgeable. You lose a star because you were unable to deliver the car to our home or a garage nearer to our address. Lookers in Stoke were more than happy to deliver the car.
