The sales rep Rummy was extremely helpful in listening to my requirements in finding a car. I thought I would purchase a brand new one, but instead I brought a second hand car in excellent condition, top of the range costing less money with low mileage. Dealing with Richard Rapley has been a pleasure. I have been dealing with various Mercedes dealerships over the last 20 years, but the best experience I have had was with Richard. He was most approachable, professional, knowledgeable and easy going in his approach. If i were running a car dealership, I would offer him whatever salary he wanted to get him to work for me.Full credit to him.
