Checking car in was easy, and work duration was as expected. But after receiving the free health check video, it took another 30 min before i was given my car back. I would have expected about 10 min.

Good experience considering I was a ‘walk in’ and was welcomed and treated well.Only thing, after stating we needed to go for our 1 year old son, he was getting hungry and crabby. The salesman started rolling off finance examples and not letting us go.

Service was brilliant and I like the email video showing the health check. The only think which was a pain was that it was a recall and I was told it would take 1/2 hour, but it actually took 1 3/4 hours. If I’d have realised this, I would not have brought my son with me.
